“Middle School Students Ready to Play Ball in STEM Showcase”

“CCSD middle schools will send about 100 students to the Battery at SunTrust Park this Sunday to participate in the Atlanta Braves Science of Baseball STEM Showcase. Through a partnership with the major league club, CCSD middle school teachers utilize the Science of Baseball curriculum, adding an element of fun, interest and innovation as students explore how math and science, as well as other subjects, apply to America’s favorite pastime.”
